At CCMB, we conduct high quality basic research and training in frontier areas of modern biology, and promote centralized national facilities for new and modern techniques in the inter-disciplinary areas of biology.

We work at every level starting from the school students to the aspirational districts of India to the apex research institutions, health-care organizations and policy makers across the nation and globally too. In addition to conducting the cutting-edge scientific research that we have been recognized for, we are actively engaged in providing diagnostic services, genetic counselling and new-born screening for various rare and orphan diseases pan India. We are equally engaged towards the conservation of nature and wildlife, and have been offering wild-life forensics services as well.

We welcome endowment for the various R&D as well as activities around technology, infrastructural and human resource development at CCMB.
